How to Buy

If you want to buy something from out web store, you must first register to our web store. Your information will be safeguarded and used exclusively for our company.

Registration:

Any natural person and company can register to our web store. On the bottom left side you will find a “Registration” box.

This box includes a link for:

• Registration for natural persons
• Registration for companies.

Choose the appropriate type, enter information and confirm your registration by clicking

Now you are registered to purchase at our web store. From now on you can simply register to our web store anytime by entering your e-mail and password to make your purchase. If you forgot your password, the registration box also includes a link “send forgotten password”, whereupon the automatic program will send your password to your e-mail.

Purchasing process:

Once you have added all desired items to the cart, you can check if the cart includes all items you wanted to buy and if the sizes are correct.

DELETE ITEM FROM THE CART:
If you want to remove an item from the cart, check it and click the button.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION:
If your cart contains all items you wanted to buy, click the button.

The next step is to select the method of delivery:

• Personal in-store pickup Ordered items can be obtained personally in our company.
• Parcel delivery to your home Goods will be send to the address you provided upon your registration.

Please, indicate any special wishes regarding delivery, payment, etc. under notes (below).

• Advance payment
• Upon personal

• Personal pickup in the company (Ordered items can be obtained personally in our company) or
• Parcel delivery to your home (Goods will be send to the address you provided upon your registration)

Then select the method of payment:

In case of personal pickup in the company premises you can pay cash in advance (which means you pay the purchase price to our current account) or pay upon pickup of the item.

In case of parcel delivery to your home you can pay cash in advance (which means you pay the purchase price to our current account) or pay cash on delivery.

Once you have selected the method of delivery and payment, confirm by clicking the button.

Now you can see the complete proforma invoice. It contains all your information, validity of the proforma invoice, which items you have selected, cost of postage and the total value of the purchase. If you agree with your purchase, then click the button. Finally, the program enables you to change the delivery address (if you want your items to be sent to some other address, such as to your work location or vacation spot) or leave the address you have entered upon the registration to our web store.

After the completed process the following message appears (close order):

And the program will send the purchase confirmation to your e-mail.

If you have any further questions, we will gladly answer them via telephone (from 8.00 to 15.00), e-mail or online customer service you will find in the upper right corner of our web store.

So, now it’s our turn!
Parcel delivery:

When our administration puts your items aside, we will send a notification to your e-mail informing you that we have received your order and we will send the selected items to the designated address in the shortest time possible.

In case of advance payment we will send you the ordered items as soon as the purchase price is transferred to our current account.
